Petcarus is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate illustrated artwork from pet photos. The service includes photo validation, AI-powered illustration generation, and in-app coin-based purchases.
You must create an account to use Petcarus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to use Petcarus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the pet photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Petcarus a limited license to process those photos through our AI services to generate illustrations for you. We do not use your photos for any purpose beyond providing the service.
Illustrations generated by Petcarus are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that every generated illustration will meet your expectations. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may vary in style and quality.
Petcarus uses a virtual coin system for generating illustrations. Coins can be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
The Petcarus application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Petcarus and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated illustrations are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petcarus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
